1 X 750 ml mayo (preferable nola mayo)
1 bottle piccalilli
1 cup limri (curry leaves)
20 green chillies
2 garlic cloves
2 tsp tal (sesame seeds)
2 tsp coconut
1/2 cup vinegar
1 Tb jeeru (cumin seeds)

  • Blend everything together EXCEPT the mayo, and make sure its not too watery.
  • After blending add the mayo, stir in well and let it rest.
  • Lastly add oil and a rye (mustard seeds) vagaar.
  • (Vagaar - Heat in a pan some oil and the mustard seeds, they're popping and cooked a bit)
PLEASE NOTE: This is for bulk, it doesn't freeze well, so if you are making for Ramadan please note don't freeze, keep it in a large jar in the fridge
