Cashew and Coconut Dessert

Summer is coming to an end, this is a dessert that you can end it off with, or if you're from the part of the world that's just welcoming summer you can start with this recipe (btw check for other dessert recipes I have shared). My aunty shared this recipe with us when she came for holiday, there was a bit of a glitch so she fixed the recipe so it would taste perfect.

1 litre milk
1 1/2 tsp falooda/ghas powder (check in spice shops)
Sugar to taste - I say to taste because everyone's preference is different so add a couple of teaspoons and taste before seeing if you need more

  • Add some caramel or vanilla essence to the milk to make it a bit more sweeter.
  • Bring to a boil and layer at the bottom of your serving bowls.
  • Place in the fridge to set.

250ml fresh cream
1 can of nestle caramel treat
1 slab of cashew and coconut chocolate (grated)

  • Whip cream till soft peaks.
  • Than add the can of caramel and the chocolate fold into the cream.
  • When the milk mixture has set, top with the mousse.
  • Decorate with more grated chocolate, glitter, or whatever else you want to use.
