So there are basically no other pictures but these 2, that's because mum made it and I wasn't around,
nevertheless I will definatly update this post as ramadan comes and we cook this up so you can see how it looks.
Remember I am posting 3 savoury recipes a week; Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. 

MARINATE  2 cups chicken fillet (cubed)

  • Green Masala (Ground green chillies with fresh coriander)
  • Salt
  • Ground Dry Coriander
  • Ground Cumin
  • 1 1/2 cup half boiled spaghetti (cut up)
  • 1 1/2 cup mashed potato
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 cup mixed veggies (frozen pack but the small size)
  • Chopped up spring onions  

  1. Mix all these ingredients together.
  2. Roll into small - medium size balls.
  3. Dip in egg and than semolina.
  4. Pack away into tupperwares or as you can see what we've been using Styrofoam so its more space efficient in the freezers. 
  5. Take out from the freezer and fry when you want to eat.
