Looking yummy but little spicy as regarding children.
    what is Robertson's zeal?

    1. You can down the spices a bit, I know children who are not use to spicy food may find it a bit too much, so you can put to the amount you prefer. Robertson's is a spice brand, zeal is the spice. It's a white powder which you can find in your spice department, maybe not in the Robertson's brand.

  9. Salaams,
If you don't have the zeal, can u substitute it with something else? We don't get a lot of the African spices in Canada.

    1. Wasalam, I know most spices cannot be found worldwide, that is why I try and find substitutes for them. With zeal, there is no substitute, but you can leave it out completely and the taste won't be any different, I have tried it with and without zeal because I had run out so don't worry about it that much if you cannot find it where you are.
