Lemon Butter Kebabs (RAMADAN SAVOURY)
Friday, June 05, 2015
Now usually, we shape them differently, more like how we did the carrot kebabs but we could make all our kebabs look the same so we tried a different way. Now as much as we all lie traditional chicken mince kebabs its always nice to add some variety to your food menu and this is a great way to do so.
Now as you know I am posting 3 savoury recipes a week; Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
And, its kebab week! So this is the 2nd recipe I am sharing with you all. Remember, I will update each post during ramadan so you can see how it looks when its cooked, also I will give the lemon butter sauce that accompanies this kebab.

Medium sized grated onion
Red Chilli Powder
Salt
Ground dry coriander
Ground cumin
