Tikka Prawns Recipe That Is Absolutely Mouth Watering

lol ahh my love for spicy prawns shall never fade. This tikka prawn recipe is not only spicy but is bursting with flavour!
INGREDIENTS
- Prawns 1/2 kg -
2 TB Peri-Peri Oil
3 TB Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 TB Honey
1 TB (few grinds) Peri-Peri Himalayian Salt
1 Lemon - Juice
3 tsp Ground Coriander
2 1/2 TB Freshly Crushed Garlic
4 TB Tikka Sauce
- Sauce -
1 TB Freshly Crushed Garlic
1 Lemon - Juice
1 TB Butter
TIKKA PRAWNS RECIPE METHOD
* Please note the quantity is an estimation, I cook freehand,
but I put an estimation so my viewers may have a guideline.
Feel free to adjust according to you palette.
- Make a marinade with the above ingredients and marinate the prawns.
- Add blobs of butter.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Depending on the size of the prawns, you can grill the prawns in the oven or if they're bigger and butterflied throw them on the bbq/braai stand .
- After grilling on a medium heat, few minutes before serving pour over the sauce, if the prawns are on the braai/bbq stand than use the sauce to baste.
- Serve with onion rings or potato chips and a crisp salad.
