Braided Pizza Savoury

With this recipe please note, that with the whole recipe makes around 4 medium sized pizzas.
Dough Ingredients
- 5 Cups flour
- 1 x 10g pkt instant yeast
- 4 TB sugar
- 1 Tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 cup of warm water
- 1 egg
Dough Preparation:
- Mix the dry ingrediants with the wet ingrediants together, kneed and make into a dough.
- Cover up and let it raise for a couple of hours.
- Than split the dough into 4 portions depending if you used the whole recipe.
- Roll the dough like you would when making the pizza.
- As you see in the slideshow, only put the pizza base sauce in the middle of the pizza and cut the sides making it look like a fringe.
- Add all the toppings and slowly braid the dough, over lap the strips from one side to the next and press down on the side.
- Preheat the oven at 200'c, than bake at 180'c for 40 minutes (every oven is different so you will have to keep checking)
- Garnish with parsley before baking.
Also you can also switch up the filling to garlic butter and you can have fresh garlic rolls.
