I'm back!

If you've been following me on my social media you know I went on holiday to England
so I have been away, but I'm back and I'll be posting some new yummy recipes.
Now on my side of the world it's SUMMER BABY!
So what better way to kick it off with a mocktail recipe.
I will be sharing more mocktail recipes as well,
because I had a lovely unplanned mocktail class in England which taught me a lot,
so why not share it all.

Please remember the size of the glasses
will determine the quantity needed of the ingredients.
As it can be seen I used small glasses than the usually used tall glasses for mocktails.
The bigger the glass add more cordial so it's stronger.

PREVIOUSLY SHARED DRINK RECIPES:

- INGREDIENTS -

Fresh Mint Leaves
Lemon Juice
Lemon Slices
Sprite
Ginger Ale
Roses Grenadine Cordial (1 cap full for tall glasses)
Glacé Cherries

- METHOD -

  1. Add a couple of mint leaves with a 1 tsp of lemon juice in each glass and muddle it up with a muddler. This releases the flavour of the mint leaves as it mixes with the lemon juice.
  2. Next, add 1/2 cap full of the cordial in each glass.
  3. Top with some ice.
  4. Top with equal parts of ginger ale and sprite.
  5. Add some more mint and a lemon slice.
  6. Finally garnish with some glacé cherries.

  7. Thank you for sharing this recipe! I'm not much on flavored drinks (drinking my calories), however this would be perfect for guests or on special occasions to complete a meal. I especially think the addition of cherries on top makes it very cute!
