Simple and quick recipe to make for iftaar for your family or to go along with another dessert for after taraweeh. I remember drinking glasses of this when I was in India on holiday! Best ever!
Ingredients:
- 1 litre + 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 - 3 Limes
- and a handful of mint
- Cut the edges of your lime and cut the lime in half, keep the peel on (3/4 of the flavour is in there).
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz away.
- Garnish with a bit of fine jeeru ( fine cumin seeds) and full mint leaves.
- Refrigerate and serve when desired.

Looks tasty and refreshing! I love limes added to fruit drinks so I will have to give this a try!
