OMW who doesn't love pizzas!
Now in Ramadan this is a super quick and easy savoury to make,
you can make in bulk and freeze, only to be used when needed,
or you can make fresh for the day, it solely depends on you.
Now we made 3 different kinds of pizzas
(Paloni, Layered chicken Pizza and finally normal chicken pizza).
Note we don't bake the base before freezing.

We used a tomato base, raw cubed paloni and I will share the chicken recipe.
We trying the layered pizza for the first time, so we'll see how it goes.

TOMATO BASE -
Now you can make a traditional tomato base from scratch.
We used tinned tomato and onion, we just added so red chilli powder and gave it a boil.

PALONI - cubed paloni (not cooked)

CHEESE - cheddar and mozzarella

ONION - sliced thinly shallots or red onions

PEPPERS - cubed robot peppers (different colours)

OLIVE - black olives cubed

DRY PARSLEY & PAPRIKA

  • You can use fancy cutters to cut the mini pizza if you don't want the usual round.

DOUGH

5 Cups flour
1 x 10g pkt instant yeast
4 TB sugar
1 Tsp salt
1 cup milk
1/2 cup olive oil
1 1/2 cup of warm water
1 egg

  1. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients together, kneed and make into a dough.
  2. Cover up and let it raise for a couple of hours.
  3. Than split the dough into 4 portions depending if you used the whole recipe.
  4. Roll the dough into small mini pizzas.

PALONI PIZZA

Smear the tomato base and top with the cut paloni (as shown below).

Than top with both cheeses.

Next add the onion rings, peppers, olives, some dry parsley and finally paprika.

CHICKEN FILLING

Red Chilli Powder
Garlic Sauce
Red Chilli Paste
Robertson's Chicken Spice
Tikka Sauce

                                                                   * Cook till done.

    DOUBLE LAYER PIZZA

First layer with the tomato base.
Than add the chicken on the pizza.
    Top with cheddar cheese.

    Next,
    Add a lid on top.

Than, add the base again, this time no meat just the cheeses, onion, peppers, olive, dry parsley and paprika.

    NORMAL CHICKEN PIZZA

I'm so sorry it turns out I forgot to take a picture of the normal pizza, but its basically like the paloni pizza shown above, just with the chicken filling.

      1. Steers tikka sauce, but I'm sure in the supermarket in the sauces department there should be a tikka sauce be it of any brand and halal - taste wise I only know and use the steers one.
No when the dough has risen I don't punch it down, I just make the small balls for the mini pizzas - or if its for a big pizza I split the dough into 2 -3 medium sized balls

Hope this helped (: reply back if you have more questions
