Who doesn't like a good mocktail during summer?!
These are so easy to make and really with any sweet fruit you have a mocktail.
It's a great way to use up some berries you may have in the fridge
or mango like I did today.

I did make a quick video of me making this mocktail,
if you would like to see it down below.

- PLEASE NOTE -

Now I know from my pictures it looks a bit chunky,
I did make this using fresh mango,
and the syrup from the tinned mango which made it a bit chunkier.
I do suggest for a smoother mocktail make sure you use mango pulp
or blend your fresh mango first before making the mocktail,
so it's smoother and thicker

This was also a lovely recipe my dad's childhood friend taught me,
when we visited England last year,
and it's a family favourite now.

  1. Add your lemon wedges and fresh mint into your glasses.
  2. Next, use a muddler to muddle the lemon and mint together and this will help release the juices.
  3. Now add either fresh mango pulp or tin mango pulp, around 1/3 cup if you're using long glasses, if you're using normal size glasses fill a 1/4 of your glass with the pulp.
  4. Go on to muddle the mix again, making sure if you used fresh mango it becomes smoother and mixes with the lemon and mint.
  5. Add your ice and finally top of with sprite till your glass is full.
  6. Finally, garnish with some fresh mango and serve.
